Additional cleaning charges

End of Tenancy Cleaning

Cancellation Policy 

  • A £15 surcharge applies to all cleaning services scheduled for weekends.

  • If full payment is not received within 24 hours of job being complete or invoice being sent, a 20% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.

  • We reserve the right to apply extra charges if the cleaning required surpasses the services included in the standard package.​

  • Upon arrival, our cleaning team will evaluate the premises to ensure they match the conditions specified in the booked package.

  • If additional cleaning is needed, we will inform you immediately before starting the work and provide an estimate of the extra cost.

  • End of Tenancy Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required for end of tenancy cleaning services, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.

  • End of tenancy cleaning services for 3 and 4-bedroom properties include the cleaning of the downstairs toilet and one additional shower room. Any extra rooms not specified in EOT package or in T&C's will incur additional charges.

  • Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for all job cancellations.​​​
