End of Tenancy Cleaning
Cancellation Policy

A £15 surcharge applies to all cleaning services scheduled for weekends.

If full payment is not received within 24 hours of job being complete or invoice being sent, a 20% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.

We reserve the right to apply extra charges if the cleaning required surpasses the services included in the standard package.​

Upon arrival, our cleaning team will evaluate the premises to ensure they match the conditions specified in the booked package.

If additional cleaning is needed, we will inform you immediately before starting the work and provide an estimate of the extra cost.

End of Tenancy Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required for end of tenancy cleaning services, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.

End of tenancy cleaning services for 3 and 4-bedroom properties include the cleaning of the downstairs toilet and one additional shower room. Any extra rooms not specified in EOT package or in T&C's will incur additional charges.

Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled booking.

Deposits are non-refundable for all job cancellations.​​​
