Domestic Cleaning

All cleanings require a minimum 2-hour booking.

  • Weekly: £16 per hour

  • Bi-weekly: £18 per hour​

If you want us to provide cleaning products and cloths:

  • Weekly: £18 per hour

  • Bi-weekly: £20 per hour

Deep Cleans & One-off Cleans: 

 

Inspection required

These include thorough cleaning of specific areas.

A quote will be provided after inspection.

End Of Tenancy Cleans

Our end of tenancy cleans ensure every nook and cranny is spotless. From skirting boards to inside windows, we cover it all. Let us handle the dirty work for you.

  • 1 bed From £180

  • 2 bed From £240

  • 3 bed From £300

  • 4 bed From £380

Our Standard End of Tenancy (EOT) Cleaning includes:

​

  • Deep cleaning of appliances

  • Skirting boards

  • Doors

  • All rooms

  • Floors vacuumed and steamed/mopped

  • Inside windows and frames

  • Inside and outside of cupboards

  • General furniture cleaning (including dusting and wiping down)

​

Note: Our prices cover one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, a staircase, and a hallway in 1 and 2 bedroom homes.

For 3 and 4 bedroom homes, the pricing also includes one additional shower room, downstairs toilet as well as the same areas as 1 and 2 bed EOT package.

​​​We reserve the right to charge extra for any additional rooms/areas/waste.

​

Gardening

General Tidy Up:

  • Includes mowing grass, trimming edges, weed removal, planting flowers provided by client.

  • £25 per hour

  • Waste Removal: Will be an additional charge. Quote will be provided upon inspection.

Jet Washing

We specialize in a comprehensive range of jet washing services, including:

 

  • pathways

  • patios

  • driveways (inc. sanding service for block paving if sand is provided. If sand is not supplied, a surcharge for the material will apply) 

  • bin cleaning

 

If you require a jet wash service that isn't listed, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to accommodate your needs.

£55 per hour No minimum booking necessary.
